You Don't Have to Do This Alone
Therapy has been a meaningful part of my own life, a place to show up as I am, without judgment of whatever is happening in my inner world. That experience shapes how I show up for my clients: with openness, curiosity, and respect for wherever you're starting from.
My approach draws on existential therapy alongside Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other evidence-based techniques, which I adapt to fit what you're looking for from our work together. There's no one-size-fits-all path.
I welcome the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as anyone seeking a genuinely open-minded space to work through what they're carrying. I especially enjoy helping people navigate life transitions and the growing pains that come with change; whether you're starting a new chapter, moving away from substance use, or simply feeling stuck. I'm also increasingly focused on financial stress and money-related anxiety, and I welcome those conversations openly, without shame.
I believe meaningful change happens in the context of a genuine, trusting relationship. I'm honored to walk alongside my clients as they find their way forward and enrich their own lives.
